HOPE Organization Functional Positions
HOPE Organization Functional Positions are the essential day to day functional positions needed to run HOPE Community Development Outreach, Inc. You will find these Executive Positions to be motivating, rewarding and challenging.
Director of Marketing: (Currently seeking volunteer applicant)
Oversee and manage our Organizations entire Marketing Plan. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: organization of activities and events, seeking out partners, associates, supporters, charitable contributions, individuals, fund raising teams, companies and non profit organizations for support, enhance the image and public awareness of HOPE Community Development Outreach, Inc. in all markets, formulate and develop new methods of generating Organization Relationships and Revenue, while continuously seeking and developing new markets, partners and volunteers, work directly with and manage all Program Marketing Directors.
Director of Mentorship Volunteers: (Currently seeking volunteer applicant)
Manage the recruiting and utilization of our Professional Mentorship Team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: recruit and direct all Mentors for specific HOPE Programs, Services and Needs. Example Mentors include, but are not limited to: Corporate Executives, Educators, Trade Experts, Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners, Volunteers, Retirees, Etc.
Director of Program Volunteers: (Currently seeking volunteer applicant)
Manage and oversee the recruiting and direction of all Program Volunteers. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: developing and maintaining relationships with individuals, groups, other non profit organizations, fund raising teams and organizations so as to build and maintain volunteer staff for both HOPE Organization Positions and Programs Positions.
Director of Technology: (Currently seeking volunteer applicant)
Oversee complete IT responsibilities for our organization. Duties include, but are not limited to; website development, affective IT marketing utilization, Staff IT training, computer maintenance and repairs, computer security, web utilization, software purchases and installation.
HOPE Board Member Positions
Our Board of Director positions consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. These critical positions are elected annually and are responsible for the oversight and direction of the entire organization.

HOPE Volunteer Programs and Positions
Each and every time we launch a new Outreach Program at HOPE we start with a New Functional Organization and Staff. Positions are interviewed for and obtained based on applicants learning potential and capabilities.
